Food is vital to our well-being as a society. New approaches to the production and processing of food, as well as our diet, are fundamental for health and sustainability.
In this module, we will be studying food science, and you will learn the importance of its role in society and how it directly impacts mental and physical performance. Food Science is an interdisciplinary domain encompassing chemistry, biochemistry, nutrition, microbiology, and engineering. It equips individuals with scientific expertise to address practical challenges across various aspects of the food industry.
